Our team of bridal makeup artists are all trained and experienced in bridal hairstyling. The rates listed on their rate card includes services for both bridal makeup and hairstyling.

Do you provide bridal hair and makeup for destination weddings?
Yes, we offer services for destination weddings. You may contact us to discuss your wedding plans, including travel arrangements and fees.

Can I request a bridal makeup artist that can speak a particular language?
Yes. You may let us know your preference and we will recommend a bridal makeup artist that can speak the language you prefer.

How can I prepare my skin and hair before the wedding day?
Prioritize skincare by cleansing and moisturizing your face. If possible, apply a hydrating mask the night before. Ensure your hair is clean and dry before the appointment. Avoid using conditioner the day before. Also avoid heavy skincare products or oils that may affect makeup application or hairstyling.

Recommended skincare routine:

• Toning and moisturizing twice a day

• Exfoliate one to two times a week

• Use serums or treatments specific to skin concerns (like dryness or acne)

• Don't forget your sunscreen!

Communicate your concerns to your bridal artist.
If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or specific concerns about certain makeup or hair products, be sure to let your bridal makeup artist know. They can accommodate your needs and use suitable products accordingly.

• 6 months before
  Start your routine by using quality hair care products and consult with a stylist about your desired wedding hairstyle.

• 1 month before
  Depending on your hair's needs, opt for a smoothing treatment for frizz control, a scalp treatment to improve hair health, or a root perm for added volume.

• 1 week before
  Have a final touchup on your hair color to ensure vibrant and even tones for your wedding. Maintain your routine by avoiding drastic changes and continue regular care practices.

• 1 to 2 days before
  Avoid softening treatments and conditioners to prevent hair from being too soft or slick, which can be problematic in humid weather.

• The day before
  Clean your hair to ensure it styles better the next day. Do not use conditioner.

• On the wedding day
  Ensure your hair is completely dry before your bridal artist arrives, so as to save time.

How do I secure my wedding hair and makeup booking with you?
Contact us with your requirements for your wedding and we will send you a quotation. If you would like to proceed, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking for our team’s bridal hair and makeup service.

How far in advance should I book my wedding makeup and hairstyling artist?
It is recommended to book your bridal makeup artist at least six months in advance, especially if your wedding day is during the peak wedding season.

Can you accommodate last-minute add-ons or bookings?
Whilst we strive to accommodate all requests, availability for last-minute bookings or add-ons may be limited if our team is fully booked. You may contact us to check our availability.

What do I need to send my bridal makeup artist?
Please send any reference or inspiration photos of the look you want, your veil and wedding dress so that your bridal makeup artist can create a look that complements your style.

Will I be able to discuss my wedding looks and style with my bridal makeup artist on what suits me best?
Yes definitely. After you have paid the deposit, your bridal makeup artist will reach out to you to introduce herself. You may discuss and share reference and inspiration photos with your bridal makeup artist. Your bridal makeup artist will also provide input and recommendations.

What are your bridal makeup and hairstyling rates?
You may refer to our bridal artists’ rate card for the different pricing for their services.

If I book my wedding makeup artist with you now, will I secure the rates as it is shown now?
Yes. The rates you see now will be locked in once you confirm the booking by paying the deposit, even if your wedding date is a year later.

Are there any additional fees that I need to take note of?
Yes. The following charges apply if your booking meets these conditions:

• Early call time fee for call times 7.30am and before

• Sentosa, Tuas, Changi, off-island locations

• Public Holidays

Is it advisable to do a bridal hair and makeup trial?
This depends on your individual preference. We have brides that skip the bridal trial and fully trust our team on their wedding day, and we also have brides that go for multiple trials for the different looks they want on their wedding day.

Why do I need a bridal hair and makeup trial?
A bridal makeup and hairstyling trial ensures that your bridal makeup artist understands your vision and preferences for your wedding. The trial is also an opportunity for you and your bridal artist to meet and get to know each other before your wedding.

When is the recommended period to do my bridal hair and makeup trial?
We recommend scheduling your bridal hair and makeup trial about one month before your wedding so that your skin condition and hair length will be closer to what’s on your actual day. However, you may also schedule an earlier date for your bridal hair and makeup trial if that’s what you prefer.

Can I book a bridal trial before deciding on your services?
Yes, definitely. The rate for a bridal hair and makeup trial session can be found on our bridal artist’s rate card.

Do you have a studio where I can go for the bridal hair and makeup trial?
Yes, all bridal hair and makeup trials will be done in our studio, unless you specifically request for it to be done at your location.

What can I expect during the bridal hair and makeup trial?
The bridal hair and makeup trial is a three-hour session where your bridal artist and you will finalize the look(s) for your wedding day. Here’s what typically happens:

• For makeup: We’ll explore the overall vibe you’re going for, discuss your preferences, and make adjustments like trying different lash styles, liner shapes, eyeshadow shades, lip colors, or even textures (eg. matte vs. glowy). If you are considering two distinct looks, we can demo them within the session (eg. half-and-half on the skin) to help you decide.

• For hair: If you’re booking multiple hairstyles for the actual day, we will do quick transitions between 2-3 styles during the trial to give you an idea of how they’ll look.

The bridal hair and makeup trial gives us time to work through everything, but keep in mind the actual day will be a more detailed execution with fresh makeup and full hair prep for each look.

Can I use the bridal hair and makeup look from the trial session for my photoshoot later in the day?
Bridal hair and makeup trials are specifically designed to perfect your wedding day look by testing out different styles, products, and techniques to ensure they align with your vision and last throughout your big day. The focus of the trial is on customization and adjustments rather than providing a finished look for photography. For pre-wedding photoshoots, we recommend booking a separate hair and makeup appointment to achieve a polished and photo-ready style tailored to that occasion. This ensures both your bridal hair and makeup trial and photoshoot receive the dedicated attention they deserve.

What should I wear during the bridal hair and makeup?
Choose comfortable clothing that can be easily removed without messing up your bridal hair and makeup after your appointment. Opt for a button-down shirt or a robe to prevent smudging or messing up your freshly styled hair.

Can my hair and makeup last throughout the day?
The longevity of the look depends largely on the situation. If you are indoors in a cool and relaxed setting, the look will last throughout your event. However, if you are outdoors for a long period, the sweat from the heat and humidity, plus moving to multiple locations means a touchup is recommended before your next event. Also avoid rubbing and touching your face directly.

Are hair accessories included in your pricing?
We do not provide hair accessories, but you can bring your own and your bridal makeup artist will help you in wearing them.

What makeup products do you use?
We use premium, professional-grade makeup products from top brands to ensure a flawless and long-lasting finish on your wedding day.

Do you offer touchup services throughout the wedding day?
Yes, you may refer to the bridal artists’ rate card for their touchup rates.

What is included in groom styling?
Groom styling includes hairstyling and light makeup for the groom.

What if the groom is at a different location from the bride?
We will assign another makeup artist for the groom’s styling.

How long does it take to complete the groom’s styling?
You may buffer 30 minutes for groom styling.

How many people can you accommodate for my bridal party’s makeup and hairstyling?
Depending on the size of your bridal party, we can accommodate multiple individuals for makeup and hairstyling.

How much time should I allocate for makeup and hairstyling for my bridal party?
You may buffer 1.5 to 2 hours for each person in your bridal party. For multiple persons in your bridal party needing hair and makeup, we will stagger the timings or even send multiple makeup artists, depending on your requirements.

To help in your wedding planning and scheduling, we have listed the time needed for each type of makeup and hairstyling service you may be considering.

• Bridal fresh look — 3 hours

• Bridal touchup with hair change — 1 hour

• Groom styling — 30 minutes

• Bridal party (such as mums, sisters, bridesmaids etc) — 1.5 to 2 hours per person

What happens if my bridal makeup artist falls ill or there is an emergency on the wedding day?
We have a team of skilled professionals, and in the rare event of illness or emergency, we will get a replacement bridal hair and makeup artist to ensure your needs are met.

Can I reschedule my booking?
We understand that plans can change. If you would like to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to check on your bridal makeup artist’s availability. Should your bridal makeup artist be unavailable on your desired date and time, we will recommend another bridal makeup artist from our team.

Can I transfer the services I booked to another person?
The services booked are non-transferable.

Will I get a refund if I do not need your services after booking them?
All fees paid are non-refundable.
